Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and find a suitable solution.
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return has been accepted.
14-Day Legal Cooling-Off Period (EU Customers)
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without explanation.
To qualify, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, just as stated above. You must also provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
